Practice Evenings are a wonderful way to hone your balancing techniques and get your questions answered. Are you ready for a new way to practice the skills you learned in Brain Gym and/or Touch for Health--using technology?
Every other month we will meet via Zoom--which means that you will need to have your computer available for an online video conference. You can meet in the comfort of your home without being local. I imagine that the 1st session may have a few kinks but I am certain that we will be able to go over your questions, as well as experience a group balance.
For the Zoom meetings: you will need to RSVP by the Sunday prior to our online meeting so that I can send out the appropriate link and some "how-to" information.
For our "in person" Practice Evenings: come by yourself or bring along a friend or family member as your practice buddy. You are not alone--Bonnie will be close at hand for any needed support!
Practice Evening is a terrific way to give and receive balances as well as meet others using Brain Gym, Touch for Health and other balance modalities.
