Who comes to a private session?
• Bonnie sees both children and adults in private sessions. The children may have learning
challenges which might include: focus and organizational difficulties, working
below grade level, reading and writing issues, low self-esteem, school phobia,
poor coordination, performance anxiety and more.
• Adults may be interested in working on similar issues as children.
Their goals may also include: making life changes, decision-making, focus and organizational
issues, anxiety, high stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges and
more.
What should I expect in a private session?
Each session is co-creative depending upon the needs of the individual.
Bonnie typically uses muscle
checking to ascertain the course of action for the session. Sessions
use many forms of specialized kinesiology, are movement based, enjoyable and drawing out in nature, tuning
into each person’s innate body wisdom.
The goal of each sessions is to empower the individual to leave with new
tools for change in his/her life. Each session offers the opportunity for
new learning and growth. The seeds for change are planted within the framework of the
client-generated goal. Results vary from immediate and dramatic to subtle
with slow integration into daily life.
