Brain Gym® 101 ​

Brain Gym® 101 is a 24-hour, hands-on opportunity to experience the concepts, principles and activities of Brain Gym. The safe, simple and effective movements support us in the physical skills associated with living and learning in every stage of life.
 
Come and explore the elements of Brain Gym in this experiential and high-energy course. You will leave with tools readily available for everyday life. There are applications for educators, parents, business professionals, heath-care professionals and others interested in how one learns.
 
No prerequisite.
~ 24 hours
~ PDP’s available for educators
~ 3 graduate credits available as an option through Worcester State University for an additional fee.

The Brain Brain Gym® Teacher Practicum ​

The Brain Gym® Teacher Practicum is the culminating course in the process of becoming a licensed Brain Gym Instructor/Consultant. This course provides strategies and support for those interested in teaching Brain Gym® 101, as well as using Brain Gym in private sessions with children and adults.

I loved the teaching method. Instead of being an 'Instructor,' I feel Bonnie is more of a “Conductor.”  In terms of her ability to conduct her energy to us and also the ability that she has to conduct the intricate symphony of balances between individuals and a balance of curiosity, knowledge and support. Touch for Health ​

Touch for Health is based on the innovative wellness system known as Applied Kinesiology—a brilliant synthesis of Chinese medicine and non-invasive techniques. Touch for Health is designed for the lay person and has been effectively used by nurses, massage therapists, body workers, nutritionists, athletes and others as self-support, as well as to enhance their practices.
 
If you have ever wanted to learn how to do muscle monitoring or testing, this is the course for you! Learn hands-on techniques for improved posture, reduced pain and increased energy and well-being.
 
Levels 1 – 4 (each level is 16 hours)
~ No pre-requisite for Level 1
~ CEUs for body workers, physical trainers
~ Contact hours for nurses

MicroBusiness Mastery ​

​ MicroBusiness Mastery (formerly Business in Balance)
Owning a business is a true balancing act! If you are interested in starting a business or wishing to uplevel an existing one, this is the course for you! Bonnie Hershey and Eliza Bergeson partnered to create this online course with YOU in mind—the wealth-healthy entrepreneur.

Part I: Bold Beginnings—Your Business Foundations
Your business name, tagline, logo, business colors, mission, and offerings come together to create a unique brand that reflects your core values and personal style. Your Business-building Overview brings order to all these details.
 
Part II: Organized for Success--Your Business Financing & Plans
Organized for Success gives you tools to create a realistic financial plan, design short and long-term schedules for all operations, and develop marketing systems tailored to your business’s needs. You will be drawing on your Business-Building Overview from Bold Beginnings to draft a comprehensive 3-phase business plan.
 
Part III: Online & Lively--Your Business Web Presence
​In Online and Lively you will design a website and social media presence that is not simply a virtual business card. Your website and social media platform will become a multifaceted, interactive portal for communication with your choice clients and customers. A portal that actual attracts interest and business! You’ll master the nuts and bolts of an online launch. This is an exciting way to get your babies out into the world—your new products, services, website and even your business as a whole.
