Touch for Health™:
• A layperson’s method of using acupressure points to strengthen muscles, improve posture and stimulate the body's self-healing. After attending just one two-day course, you can effectively start using Touch for Health with others.

Offering individual and phone sessions:

For adults:
Sessions are co-creative in nature, working with client-generated goals related to:
    • job skills and career
    • family
    • choice-making
    • performance
    • stress reduction and relaxation

For children:
Sessions are movement based, working with family-generated goals related to:
    • concentration, focus and organization with school work
    • coordination and performance
    • communication skills
    • self-esteem and making new friends

Offering workshops and in-service presentations:

• To educators and school systems, Parent-Teacher Organizations, self-help groups, businesses and also available as a convention speaker.
